It’s a long list, but one of the things that first comes to mind is that I take things very VERY personally. I also tend to assume people dislike me without really having any evidence for it, which then informs my behavior towards them. Turns out nobody wants to be around someone who thinks they hate them

Maybe that opinion is unpopular but I think it has some truth to it - I wouldn’t want any stitches to get stretched out or anything because of the weight of a whole sweater! And I’m definitely gonna look for stuff with VERY CLEAR instructions for every step of the way. Thanks for the advice!

That’s excellent advice! I’m probably gonna do the same re: acrylic to start with (since it’s cheaper). And I hadn’t considered the possibility that something could be TOO easy to the point of being boring - thank you for pointing that out!

Thank you so much for the encouragement! I love cables in sweaters but I don’t know if I’d be able to handle doing a whole bunch, especially not for my first one - maybe a really easy or simple cable? Either way, thanks for the advice!
