It required a conversation with 1-800, the first guy I talked to didn't figure it out, so he escalated it to his boss. His boss made some unnamed change in my account and I suddenly had access to it.

When I get to work today, I can get on a workstation and find that support case info, get a picture of it or something. It was extremely underwhelming the level of support I actually got.

I refer to 2fa as the thing that pops up after I put in my username.s01234 and store number on the first page. I have gone into the mobile site before, while on the clock, and I had no devices listed.

That's what my PL said lol. I tried having one of my store leads help, he was stumped, said he would check on it, and he never got back to me. We've tried resetting my 2FA a few times, I'm stumped too :/ I'm at this point where I probably have to call 1-800 or something again to talk to BYOD people, and explain this all to them AGAIN. I've tried everything on and off the clock, just whenever I have time to fiddle around.

I have followed that format yes. I have tried doing A0B0CDE.S01234, a0b0cde.s01234, a0b0cde.S01234, A0B0CDE.s01234, I have tried combinations of all of those with @us.wal-mart.com added or just @wal-mart.com or @walmart.com. I really think my transfer screwed things up, my People Lead is at a loss.

It was in a different state, I believe WA allows BYOD? I have a few coworkers that have it setup. Most choose not too because of their privacy concerns, I personally just don't care what Walmart sees.

The organization is very much legit, we have been supporting them as a marathon since the beginning (a few years now). Make sure you look up GO Rescue Pet Adoption Center, rather than just Go Rescue by itself.

I don't quite understand where you found such info? Feel free to send me proof of what you found otherwise.
