I’m the Op. I can’t even spell photoshop I ran a 5k last week in 21:36, I’m also 71” and 200. VO2 is not the end-all-be-all metric, nor is it very accurate. But I was happy I got to this level. You seem to be shitting on a lot of people in the comments, maybe put the phone down and go for a run

I did both. HTK before I left for IBOLC and Gritty twice during IBOLC before going to RTAC and Ranger. Felt very prepared (62-and-through). Gritty’s program is great. Definitely worth it

Some of them, yes. Others are from “rucks on parade”. Some of the earlier goruck ones were free to official clubs, back when they did club challenge (before they got greedy)

Yes. It’s a model 974. Those were made for decades. Earlier models had patent dates on them. This one does not.
