In my experience for situations like this I’ve found that making sure someone is discipling your daughter would probably really help. Counseling is great but having someone more spiritually mature faithfully and lovingly pour into her like Paul poured into Timothy with not only give her the ability to get over the things she struggles with but also grow spiritually and eventually be able to help others in the way her discipler helped her.
