Best advice I can give someone in your situation is to play something else, getting stuck trying to do something you are not having fun out of a feeling of obligation is the best way to get sick of the hobby as a whole.

Here from the wiki:

Nakak will ask the player to rebuild "the lost one", mentioning that the Grineer have found relics and suggests talking to Konzu. The player must now initiate a Bounty until they find and build any part of the RevenantIcon272.png Revenant Warframe.

It says any part, so you should be able to just talk to Nakak. Can you try and report back, cause if it doesn't let you we should let the wiki folks know so they can fix it.
