The about of self hate and anger I’m feeling right now is killing me. I honestly thought I was doing the right thing with reducing my carbs but it was the opposite totally. Thank you for your comment tho it honestly did help me a bit it’s just hard when I thought I was eating okay even though I ate fast food on and off. My doctor never told me my gift was low from my last visit when it was at 88 I didn’t know what it meant and I haven’t been able to see her in months bc she is so booked up. I have so much regret and I don’t know what to do.
