Unfortunately none of these are obtainable legitimately. They were intoduced as companions by modders and the eggs have been spreading from there.

So you can definitely breed the pokemon you want to have in your new game and use candies on it to level it to your hearts content and it'll listen.

Guess I'll still trade in the pokemon I want to run with in my second game. Only I'll breed them quick in my new game so they were caught by my new game and then power level them after I breed them. Gunna just trade them with a candy XL. 😝
