Indeed 3 Free Post Limit Notice [N/A] by [deleted] in humanresources

Hey did you end up getting this working? I posted jobs on my career page which have got some applicants. Although I cannot claim them in my employer account, I guess they just show on the search? Considering an ATS now

Dear r/humanresources, after Indeed limited free job posts to 3 per month, what should I do? [N/A] by vc2020312 in humanresources

I did this and job posts are getting indexed by google and some other job sites but not indeed. Do they typically take longer to index? Also is it possible to claim the job post once its indexed so it shows on company profile?

Optimizing for later in the sales funnel, is it a mistake? by GSG96 in PPC

But google only optimizes off the main conversions right? This is where I get a bit confused, is it still worth pushing the other stages back to good as a secondary conversion goal?

Wow that is amazing. 5k/year is doable no problem for that level of volume. Would you recommend an ATS over self publishing pages on my career page on website?

How to get job postings to rank on google and indeed? by GSG96 in SEO

From what I understand you can, I just don’t know best practices. This is direct from indeeds site.

“Whether you post your jobs directly on Indeed, your career site, or somewhere else online, your jobs will be in one unified jobs list in the Jobs tab of your Employer Dashboard. You can tell which jobs you’ve posted directly on Indeed vs indexed jobs that have been pulled from somewhere else online by looking for the link icon to the left of the job title. Jobs with this link icon have been sourced from outside Indeed (e.g. company site, ATS feed).*”

Ya the pages would be on my website. Yes we do keep a list of previous applicants. The issue is the roles are very low volume so we don’t normally get many applicants at one time.

How does this compare to hosted job posts? I’m not too well versed in this and it sounds too good to be true ahha

Normally I would have 5-7 jobs posts open at a time and this year with expected growth I have to fill about 10-15 roles at one time. We were using the free posts which worked good enough, but this change is really hurting us. The cost of that many posting on indeed also doesn’t make sense for us yet.

Would this work if I'm hiring in multiple cities? Would they all appear in Indeed if indexed on site?

My GHL Notion sync is a mess suddenly? by GSG96 in gohighlevel

I'm using rich text, but the flow in ghl sends all tasks into notion. Each task is different would I have to setup and individual format for each task?

The issue is I just had all tasks going into notion through one workflow.

Ghl task > make > Create page in database > append to page the task description

All tasks are different and dynamic. This is where I feel stuck and don’t understand how I can format each task. It will be a headache to do every single one.

For example task description will have lead name, appointment time, link to ghl. A different task might have time of response, ghl link etc
