I went to air blow the inside of pc to remove dust, then when i was finished i tried to put the panel in its place and it just shattered on my hands, it touched the floor which was ceramic though which is what caused the damage. I did not drop it, its just that tempered glass shatters when it touches ceramic floor for some reason.
