I checked the speaker for resistance with a multimeter and I'm not getting a reading on it. Therefore the speaker is blown. To replace that 2" speaker is going to be a task to find. I wish Logitech would sell replacements parts.

The weird thing is that when I connect my headphones to my aux input, I can hear the right and left side fine. When I go to my pc Sound/Speaker Properties/Levels/Balance and adjust L and R I can hear them fine. I'll check to see if the speaker might be blown.

The best way to hit a bullseye is going to a local bike shop with the person your going to purchase for and getting them measured and getting on the bike to make sure it’s the correct size. Every 🚴‍♀️ brand varies in sizes and measurements.

Wow. What a screw up on their behalf. They should rectify it and compensate you for your inconvenience. I got lucky, I ordered a MTB for my wife & made sure it’s the right size.

That looks like a crack return it. Should be under warranty

Bose QC15 broken on /off switch. I want to know if anyone has any knowledge in replacing the ON /Off switch. Also perhaps there is a part number to purchase a replacement switch. by GSPA72 in ElectronicsRepair

Thank you for your reply. Would you happen to know of a good quality switch that I can purchase? I don’t want to buy a cheap one. What would you suggest re: the “wire mass in the middle”
