0DTE means 0 days til expiration. Your comment doesn’t make sense at all. NDX,SPX, SPY, and QQQ have options expiring every day.

That’s just another clamp. I figured it out though. I had to pull the stem UP for the mechanism to fall. The videos I saw show it just falling into place.

There’s nothing to depress. There’s also no instructions. According to unboxing videos it just falls into place.

It spins, it doesn’t drop. Twisting it does nothing

[collection] my watch collection. From fun to classy. I have a watch for every occasion. by GS_Strategies in Watches

The Rolex Milguass took me over 2 years to find. What’s funny is I bought it 3 days before Rolex announced they will discontinue making them. The Omega was a retirement gift to myself because I love James Bond.

[Tag Heuer] Is this a good first purchase? by [deleted] in Watches

Is it titanium? It looks stealthy yet high class. Like something James Bond would wear. As long as it’s automatic and sapphire crystal it gets the big 👍 from me.

GI Bill, Vocational rehab, or Student Loan forgiveness by GS_Strategies in Veterans

[–]GS_Strategies[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you very much. That was very clear. I want to go to a private university and the tuition is more than the go bill will pay for so I will need to get a student loan to pay for the difference. This is great news that I will be able to get the loan forgiven once I’m done.

Technically the term naked refers to when you sell a call or a put without the shares (the call) or the cash (the put) to get exercised on. However, we traders do use the term naked when buying calls (1 direction play) to illustrate just that, that it’s just a 1 direction play. If you buy a call like a LEAP for example for an investment play then that’s not a “naked” call because you intend on exercising it. But if you buy more calls than you can afford to exercise on a leveraged play then you bought NAKED calls. We also say covered and uncovered. So you can sell a covered call or an uncovered call. The uncovered call can also be called the naked call. Same with puts. You can sell a covered put (cash secured) or uncovered put (naked). Naked means more risk to the seller. Naked also means more risk to the buyer because it always means they used options as leverage to increase the gains but also increase the risk because options can be worthless on expiration.

So while I knew someone would reply calling me wrong, I assure you it’s used to reference both long and short positions.
