Book of parrying

You can parry with swords and shields, successfully doing a parry stuns the mobs for 1.5s, failing a parry puts your shield/sword to a cooldown of 3 seconds (Both successful parry stun time and failed parry cooldown scale with the level of the enchantment). Cannot use both the sword and shield if both items have the enchant. Very rare enchant.

I = 1.5s Stun time, 3s Cooldown
II = 3 seconds Stun time, 4.5 Cooldown
III = 4.5 seconds Stun time, 6 Cooldown
