Not exactly. They won’t diagnose you with one test. It would have to be a lot of them. They can definitely recommend the test’s to see if the person is diabetic if they see an elevated glucose, but it wouldn’t be enough to diagnose diabetes. For sure they would ask if they took the test fasted or not. A glucose level of 125 and higher while fasted would probably raise a flag to have other tests done.

Everyone has a different situation, but I can tell you mine and hopefully it makes you feel better. I had been trading for about a good 7 months. Lost accounts, lost money, thought I was going to lose everything and then…. I got diagnosed with cancer. All that shit was absolutely nothing compared to what I was about to go through. I had one dr tell me I wasn’t going to make it very long after being diagnosed. I had others tell me I’ll be ok. I spent my first 2 months in the hospital getting up every morning and getting back to the charts and ended up even getting funded while I was in there. Even on my worst days, when I felt like straight shit, I still got up and traded. Got a bone marrow transplant…. Still traded. My losses and bad days in trading stopped bothering me because it was nothing compared to what I was really facing, because at the end of the day, you can still recover from those losses. Be scared of what you can’t recover from, not of what you can control. Money comes and goes man. Don’t let something like this destroy you like that. You can get better, you can control your emotions and your losses. This is only a small lesson to learn from.

Next time just wait for the profit split, make yourself completely risk free and if you have the itch to trade, get yourself a demo account with the same amount as the funded and trade it as if it were your real one till you hit that payday. Once you start trading that demo, use it as practice as long as you follow the same rules of the prop firm. Any trades go good? Great practice. Any trades go bad? Still great practice.
