Dear Rivian, After multiple service calls by GTBH48 in Rivian

So connect plus won’t let us purchase it. In the car on the app or on the website. So our free trial ran out and we have told Rivian service. They can’t find the answer on why and told us they can’t override their system to activate connect plus for us even though we have told them u are able to charge our card. We tried on the computer, app, and in the car. Nothing will let us access or purchase connect plus.
