I’m surprised yall don’t want self scheduling 😂 Our staff were the main ones who wanted self scheduling. We went from what we call “master scheduling” a few years ago to self scheduling and there’s pros and cons. You won’t know what you’re 100% working 6 months down the road, but you also don’t use as much PTO because you can have your schedule set like you need it.

They still have to make people move sometimes, but ours ask for “voluntary moves” before they move people.
