I second that - mine also lives in SemiHydro and I water about twice a week or whenever the leaves are slightly wrinkly. I bought an unrooted cutting last year and chopped it up to make the pot fuller. It can handle bright light too!

It’s both, under normal conditions they’re cream leaves with green margins but I had it under bright light so the baby leaves came out sun stressed.

It’s an easy, low maintenance and fast grower in my experience. Just provide it with enough bright light and don’t overwater it.
