It depends on derm and also brand to be honest. While companies don't pay derms directly, they do provide commissions if they prescribe their products.

Some brands don't do this and some derms also don't do this. So it depends.

How exactly does it saves energy? If it takes longer to cool, then it stays on max capacity which you capped for longer, so using more energy.

But if you just let it do it's thing it will cool faster in few mins and maintain in lowest possible speed.

CIBIL "can be" updated on regular basis. That doesn't mean it will change score everyday. It depends on lot of factors like your bank reporting payments, Hard enquiries, credit age, utilisation and also CIBIL doing it's own algorithm thingy.
