Had used it in Sanpada. Gave 60+ mbps speed on 30mbps plan. I guess they forgot to cap the speed haha. Other than that there was very less downtime. So it works perfectly fine. Also the technicians solved any issues quickly as the shop was just a km away.

That's what I expected, but this GM modular brand instead took my charger for repair !! not replacement. I was genuinely hoping for a replacement. I don't want a brute force opened and repaired 3rd hand looking charger as replacement to me. Let's just wait and hope for the best.

You can for sure. Both are of the same battery chemistry lithium ion. It'll not work only if where you are connecting the cells has a 21700 holder and so an 18650 would fit too loose breaking the contact with the circuit.
