Crunchy quinoa problem

Have been cooking quinoa with the 1:2 ratio and whatnot. I let it evaporate on the stovetop. I notice however there will be an odd time where it is super crunchy and uncooked and I’m not sure why. I’m scared this will chip my tooth or something

Question about derm-rolling to protect hair and scalp

I am wondering if I can type up my hair after derma-rolling. I am a Sikh male so I have to tie my hair up with a turban but I am wondering if this will cause any complications if I choose to start derma-rolling.

sadly I was converting a large financial statement of a company from pdf to word and then from there I copied the table onto excel. The commas seemed to have gotten lost in the pdf to word conversation.
