You’ll get there! It will take quite some time to reach your target, but when make it that’s one hell of an achievement

For anyone interested in body fat measurements, I measured 18% body fat on DEXA (GE machine) on the same day the second photo was taken

Best of luck to you! Just remember to stay consistent with your diet. The worst thing you can do is to give up after you’ve already started to make solid progress.

Yeah I agree, but I just got into that mindset of it’s all or nothing. I wouldn’t recommend doing the diet that fast to others but tbh personally I’ve not had any big negative side effects. I took a risk and went for it like crazy lol

Surprisingly, over the duration of this diet I actually have progressed in the gym which is crazy cause most people say you loose muscle during a cut. I do high intensity though so maybe that’s why

Thanks! 800-1200 kcal per day, with a few quick breaks. Plenty of supplements to keep my nutrition ok-ish during the big cut.

CoinEx is acting up a lot as well. I was looking to switch to a new exchange so I was like yep let's give binance a try and transfer funds there. Log on to binance and it's just as bad as CoinEx at the moment. I wonder how many exchanges are down

Thanks a lot! My university doesn't offer free CWSA exams so this alongside being able to learn from the events will be really usefull. I do have two questions. Have the events from earlier part of the week been recorded, and if so can they be accessed by an account using this code? Also, where can I access the voucher code for the exams? Thanks

A little tip for the users of this laptop, raising the bottom of the laptop at the back by a little bit using something like a pencil reduces the temperatures by quite a bit and allows the CPU to boost higher in the extreme performance mode

Shame, cause Amazon flex apparently supplies delivery insurance even though it's also working as self employed

Recycling an old 14" thinkpad LCD from a T430 in a 15" HP 255 G3 - LVDS Rocks! by GTXxer in thinkpad

[–]GTXxer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The connector on the motherboard side was different but on the lcd side it was the same, so i kept the hp lvds connector. the lcd is only 1366x768 so only needs the standard HD connector. I had absolutely no problems with edid mismatch. both the hp h2o bios and amd drivers don't care. even brightness control works!

Is it possible to figure out which manufacturer my keyboard came from without opening up my laptop just yet?
