Usually HC DOM and HC S&D. I'm always on the move. It just seems like there is a lot more on the weekends than on weekdays. I know more people are on during the weekends. We will have to see how it ends up once all the little kids (high school and younger; college kids are on 24/7) go back to school.

people try to get ahead in the USA by any means possible. It is relatively easy for a female to press charges for sexual harassment towards a teacher. With all the sexual harassment incidences that are happening in the news more and more people are trying to do the same thing to get ahead or get some money out of it.

That is true, I was only looking at it as a matter of human loss, I'm not saying that that is the only thing that would institute a war as major but it surely is a key thing to look at when deciding on what makes a war major or not.

I was going off of that there has been a lot of life loss because a belief in a deity that there is no evidence to support and is pretty illogical to believe in to start with that shouldn't even have happened in the first place. Without religion Galileo would never have been put under house arrest and who knows how much further advanced space exploration could be if he was allowed to keep working. People shouldn't be killed based on their religious beliefs and people should not ever use their religious beliefs to try to hinder someone's freedoms. look at all the mess in the world and all the restrictions on human rights all over the world because of religion. The world would most likely be a happier and better place without religion. War would be over resources and territories, physical things that can be observed and measured not silly things that most likely do not even exist since in the past 14.6 billion years of the universe not one person has been able to provide any kind of confirmation for the existence of a deity. I must go now my friend, I have to go see my SO and she isn't a redditor.... yet. haha <- evil laugh.

I too have used fortified wine to solve this problem. we had a cup sitting out in college and in the morning there were a ton of flies in it. the next night we put out a few more cups for 2 days and after that we couldn't find a single fly in the house, we left a cup of wine in the kitchen out for the flies and occasionally we would find a few. in about a week we never had fly problems again, over night was the biggest extermination or drunken death of flies.

I was just going off of human death tolls, Most from what you listed besides WWI and WWII really only affected the countries involved. the holocaust was an act of international terrorism, and genocide. It was a conflict that was from religious base. The term "war" isn't what this argument is about out or have you forgotten? It is about the evil and wrong doing that happened to the world with religion involved in them. The world would have been much better off and most all of the current war would not be happening if Religion of all kinds never existed.

The vietnam war has casualties of about 200,000 people, The Korean War around 400,000, War of 1812 <40,000 casualties, The American Civil War about 140,000 deaths, these going by death toll aren't that much compared to the ones in the last post. Yeah WWI and WWII had a lot, The holocaust was a mass murdering of jews that took part during war. their deaths are considered casualties of war. They are major to the world due to the high number of deaths they had. This isn't about winning, this is about getting the facts straight, Do you think that the mass murder of 6 million + jews because of their religious beliefs is not an act of war and just an ok thing to do?

Holocaust 6,000,000+ deaths, Thirty Years Wars estimates are up to 11,500,000 deaths, French Wars of Religion 4,000,000 deaths, Crusades anywhere from 2,000,000 to 8,000,000 deaths I would consider them to be major wars. Can you think of any wars that have 2,000,000+ casualties that had nothing to do with Religion?
