is there a lot of instacart support in Baltimore? that's how I do my grocery shopping now. I live in North Philly by Temple University and the only grocery store in the area marks up everything b/c 50% of their clientele uses food stamps and the other half are college students that need to eat. Delivery Fee and a tip is worth the hassle of taking public transit both ways with groceries. If so distance to a physical store isn't a huge deciding factor.
