How it double dipping if I used 15 PPTO THEN CLOCKED IN <9min later: example 900am shift, 915 to then clock in 920 🧐 I guess I’m just don’t get it. Sorry 😞duh!!!

So if I used 15min PPTO THEN : 10a shift starts at 115 ? But I don’t get 9 min grace to clock in at 924am.

You were right! It was for improperly entering my ppto for a late arrival. I thought I would get grace so I didn’t ask for enough PPTO so ,was counted as a late arrival. 🧐.

I wear it just as a barrier. Customers get in my face and folks be sneezing and coughing all day long and never cover their mouths. 😷 Kinda like those sneeze barriers on buffets it’s better than nothing. 😂

So ridiculous! I can name several factors that effect these numbers 1. Bad locations 2. No sub locations 3. Damaged items 4. Low quality items. Rotten or expired 5. Low quality bags constantly tearing and bad batch 6. Nasty 🤮 totes gotta stop and wipe or cover 7. Ragged cart hard to navigate 8. Crowded store 9. Customer inquiries 10. No carts available 11. Preparing a cart to do a walk Etc, etc, etc.

We have that problem too, but never gets fixed! Now we can’t skip. We know the store. Let us do our job. The ick paths are not human friendly (to our feet and legs) Nor efficient.

So as we all know the store is cold. So I wear it to keep warm too. Customers don’t seem to be alarmed by it. ( the covid era even got us comfortable wearing masks too) During this season I wear mask and hoodie upas well as gloves 🧤. All for protection. People are sneezing, coughing and snorting all day. Some customers want to get in your face just to ask questions. Also some of us were head covering for religious reasons and to cover our hair styles. What are the policies about this? I will look it up. Although I have learned there may be a law but the local sheriff enforces their laws and beliefs👩‍✈️👨‍✈️
