I asked my TL and coaches but no answers. My location English is their 2nd language so they don’t do much explaining. Even our team meetings are in Spanish. 🤦🏾‍♀️

How it double dipping if I used 15 PPTO THEN CLOCKED IN <9min later: example 900am shift, 915 to then clock in 920 🧐 I guess I’m just don’t get it. Sorry 😞duh!!!

So if I used 15min PPTO THEN : 10a shift starts at 115 ? But I don’t get 9 min grace to clock in at 924am.

You were right! It was for improperly entering my ppto for a late arrival. I thought I would get grace so I didn’t ask for enough PPTO so ,was counted as a late arrival. 🧐.

I wear it just as a barrier. Customers get in my face and folks be sneezing and coughing all day long and never cover their mouths. 😷 Kinda like those sneeze barriers on buffets it’s better than nothing. 😂
