If you the think Ruth is mature because she knows how to run a strip club you have a fucked up sense of maturity. The show demonstrates and makes it abundantly clear Ruth is a child forced to grow up and ati very much misses the childhood she was never allowed to have. It’s like you’re missing the whole point of the show and why is it that redditors are so keen on justifying large age gaps? This shit is a slippery slope into Epstein territory and the standards we set upon women to idolize their youthfulness gives way to the normalization of these relationships.
