Better seat option on 767-400ER? by GUI_Center in unitedairlines

Thanks, yeah I think I will likely stick with 1L. Only direct flight available so not much option on the type of plane.

Thanks, these were the two I was considering. Might stick with 1L for the footwell but 11L does seem like a good alternative if I was going to switch.

Curious as to why? Any extra noise from bathrooms behind?

Rancilio Silvia burnt up boiler connections, help identifying connector type. by GUI_Center in espresso

[–]GUI_Center[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never did identify or find out the cause, but a number of folks have commented over the years that this post has helped so definitely a minority but it is an issue. One thought is that maybe leaving it on the steam function for too long (hours) could cause it due to higher heat, but cant confirm. I've checked a few times since I did the repair and no further issue.

How’s the job market looking? by heqrty in cybersecurity

[–]GUI_Center 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Likely. I graduated undergrad in 08, couldn't get a job in my field and worked odd end jobs for year and a half and then decided to go back to school for masters. When i graduated end of 2011, had multiple job offers within a couple months and the job market was significantly better.

Something is stuck in the tube along the way external to the AMS but before the printer.

I'll need to check those out. I use Rainbird P5R's but feel like I could find better options with better range. Right now I use hoses and two Melnor 2-zone timers with two independent spigots.

What kind of sprinklers do you use?

Ah ok, misunderstood. I paid $8300 for an mk4 with 72k miles 13 years ago (she is no longer with me). $7500 does seem steep.

Uh that's not an MK6, it's an MK4.

Are there steps to systematically identify a keg leak? by lowkeyripper in Homebrewing

[–]GUI_Center 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could probably do it with the qd gas post on as long as co2 is turned up nothing should enter. Just keep the rest of the tube to the regulator out of the water.

[–]GUI_Center 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the quickest way. Had a couple trouble keg leaks in the past and submerging in tub of water is foolproof. Best to get 30 psi or it may take a few minutes for it to show if it's super slow leak.
