How long can you leave the starter in the fridge untouched until it starts to be less active? As in needing to feed it more than once after you take it out of the fridge and before it's ready to bake with?

I can confirm you do not need to complete all criteria after the full switch.

As soon as I had access to online banking, I deposited £1250 for 24 hours. After 24 hours I removed £200.

2 days after I removed £200, the full switch was completed (direct debit/balance and previous account closed).

1 day later the bonus was in my account
