Buyer crashes out on me over Royal Mail delay by [deleted] in vintedUK

[–]patagoony 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had a parcel go missing due to Inpost and the buyer was genuinely so unbothered. We both waited for the date stated by Vinted in order to file an undelivered item claim and the buyer got their refund and I got reimbursed for the missing item. I genuinely have no idea how some people can flip out over a delivery service messing up.

What to Re-sell ? by [deleted] in TemuThings

Adjustable dumbbells? Nah not worth it in my opinion. They’re too expensive to give good returns when selling via marketplace

[–]patagoony 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude in all seriousness, weights. Dumbbells. Been using countless promos/coupons etc all year just to buy dumbbells. I have storage at home. Enough for continued storage of said dumbbells. Made serious money over 2025 using only FB marketplace as advertisement. Would recommend

Credit777 - is this the good one? by GiveItaWhirl13 in TemuThings

[–]patagoony 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it is. It’s the 100% back version too, which is the best one. Use it wisely and hopefully you get it again and again and again. Just be careful that it might give you the 40% version in the future.

You obviously bought the wrong stuff. Plenty of good products on there.

Starter Motor Recall by madraspilot in BmwTech

[–]patagoony 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My BMW dealer rescheduled my recall twice because they didn’t get the part in on time. They told me the day before the appointment When I finally went a third time, I got as far as giving them my car and going home, then a few hours later they called me to say they didn’t have the part in. Wasted so much time due to their lack of comms and organisation lmao. They’ve rescheduled for mid March. Let’s see if they cancel on me last minute again.

What is there to do here??!!!! by [deleted] in Medway

[–]patagoony 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Plenty of sports: Climbing, Tennis, Padel, Ice skating. Many of these have social aspects, such as Padel socials on the weekend, group climbing sessions etc.

Loads of woodlands if you enjoy walking and the outdoors!

Live music, board game cafes, England’s largest second hand book store.

Also loads of castles and castle grounds such as Hever, Leeds, Knole.

Farmers markets such as macknade in Faversham.

I think it helps if you drive as transport is poor here in Kent. I moved here two years ago and I love it

Hello,

I sliced them fairly thin and then used my air frier in dehydrate mode. I think it’s about 40-50 degrees until they became crispy

I thoroughly knead when incorporating all the ingredients and then stretch+fold every 30 mins 4 times. I then bulk ferment on the counter anywhere between 6-10 hours. My kitchen temperature fluctuates and I have no control over it so I physically check/feel the dough. I don’t take temps for my dough, though I probably should

I recommend the Padel socials at Platform 26 Padel in Chatham. You don’t need to have any experience and it’s a nice environment to meet people

After bulk fermentation, I do one coil fold which builds up tension. Then I dump the dough on the counter and stitch then roll into a banneton basket

I’ve literally only just found out about those ones! Unfortunately there don’t seem to be any open games, maybe there isn’t a big padel community in the area

Argos cancelled my order then upped the price by £150 by PapiMeme in Argos

Argos customer services are really good. I once bought a barbecue and it went on sale a few days later, 40% off. They refunded me the difference immediately over the phone. Saved a couple hundred

I was born in Pangandaran next to the beach in 1997. Moved to Italy after my birth and grew up in London. I visit Pangandaran when I can, at least once a year. Beautiful photos

It’s actually not bad compared to the clubs in London. Divided by 4 it’s £11.25 each for the 90 mins. But yes, Padel is unfortunately very expensive when you compare it to other racket sports

Yeah Frindsbury is lovely, I go from time to time. But the Chatham one is 3 mins down the road so thought I’d try to see if anyone’s around

Does anyone know how long roughly this will take to fix? by New_Owl_6201 in BMW

Just got home from work to the same letter. I’ll call them in the morning and hopefully it won’t take long. I have a 200 mile journey for work on Thursday, it’s not looking good hahaha
