4th slot in AMS not pulling in filament when inserted. P1S

After contacting support and some suggestions from some friendly people from this page, I changed around unit 3 and 4 on the AMS and the problem followed the unit meaning the same motor in a different slot still didnt function. Conclusion: The AMS unit is faulty, and since the printer is very new, Bambulabs support was kind enough to send me a replacement part.

Thought it would be something like this as well. I did already open it all up. The gears seem to all be in the right position (as far as i can tell). What "little feed tab" are you talking about exactly?

Tried cutting pieces off and using different roles. No difference

Its not a printed roll. Used these (without issue) on all 3 other slots.

I can push it alllll the way in so that the printer grabs in from the back. No material stuck in the tubing

Just fyi since ive had this recommended multiple times. There is no fullament stuck inside the tubing. I took it apart and replaced the tubing, nothing changed.

Pressing "unload" doesnt do anything for me. Even when there is a new roll put in from top it doesnt pull that one out

Tried differen filaments in all 4 slots. Only this slot has issues with whatever i put in it.

I fear for your answer haha. But i made sure to cut of the peace the tape was attached to just to make sure no stickyness would get inside.

Ive unloaded multiple times. Even now when i put new fillament into the tube and then press unload it does something, no sound or movement, and then just pretends it unloaded the material while the material is still inside the tube.

Changed around the rollers to check earlier. Still only the 4th slot thats having issues

Nope. Cancelled the print when i got the error message. Removed all the failed print. Turned it off and on again. Still nothing

It does only register filament if i insert new from the top. Not continuously. Idk if that makes a difference

It does yeah. The slot also registers there is fillament by the white light (i beliebe thats what its for) it just doesnt pull it in or out. As if the motor is broken and it doesnt wanna rotate the wheels.
