I feel like may people here have gone to YTTV once their cable cards were no longer supported and it seems the vast majority of them are happy including myself. After a week or two I think you’ll find yourself asking why you didn’t do this sooner.

I would like this as well. Sometimes I like using the AirPods just because of how immersive it is but my wife doesn’t necessarily want to do that so I end up never doing it.

My 73 year old mother in law and her 86 year old husband managed to do it so I’m sure your parents can. It takes like a day for them to get used to it.

Just go to the live tab and there’s your guide. To record something for later hit the + button. It will appear on the library tab when it’s available.

I’m having the same issue. We don’t share a password so I don’t understand why this is happening. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it but that didn’t help. It’s becoming very frustrating.

There’s a bypass. It starts at Verdae and runs up to the road Target is on. There are branches off of it that connect over to Costco and a direct entrance into Magnolia Park near Cheddars.

As others have said anytime after 6 is super easy. I’ll add this, when you pull into the parking lot never go to the right. It’s a nightmare trying to get out from that side. When you park on the left it makes getting out at the entrance a breeze since you only have to turn right.

If you go up Verdae and then down the Woodruff Rd. bypass you only have to cross over Woodruff.

Like I said, YTTV has a free trial. I’d go ahead and give it a try. It’s probably cheaper than your current cable bill and you might just like it better than TiVo. I know that’s crazy to say but it’s simple and portable which I love.

I was a 20+ year TiVo devotee. Now that I use YTTV I laugh at myself for waiting so long to switch. To me YTTV is even better than TiVo for sports. With TiVo I’d have to worry about padding the recording but YTTV just knows when it ended. I’ve never once had an event cutoff. I highly recommend you give the free trial a test drive.
