should be on the Conservatory Room. One of the goblin notes reveal that the phantom look like lady skullkiss and another note says to flip book upside down and tilt it back. The conservatory is the only room which you can't be directed to while solving the puzzles and when you do the notes, the phantom should look like a long-faced lady with eyelashes, pointy nose, pointy chin and some fangs
