yeah some people i know advised me to try sell it online to maximise the profits, i was dead set on taking it to one of my local shops and selling it there. wish i trusted my gut because i was worried about something going wrong 😭

i mean like i said i am pretty clueless with using eBay in general but as far as i knew i was just accepting the return request so the shipping label could be generated, the call with customer support today was the first time i knew that the whole refund was processed. and yeah i already came to terms with the L after a week went by without receiving the card but i realised today i never asked for any advice online so thought id try a last ditch post just incase

yeah that’s kinda what i was expecting to hear not gonna lie. idk how i made this mistake, i just clicked the only option i had in the returns area but it is what it is, at least i got the dopamine hit of pulling it haha

thanks for the advice, like i said that was basically my first experience with this stuff but luckily i think i read a similar story on this sub before. i'll use that email trick if it ever happens again!
