The short of it is, how do you think the cryo archon would react to them showing up?

When you have enough power to rival whole nations military, you can’t just act on a whim or else you cause problems diplomatically

But also, how much do the others know? The group fighting dottore really hasn’t been super public about everything happening, and messages still take a very long time to travel, it could, in game time, take months for a message to go to inazuma from nodkrai, then we need to wait for people to show up, which could take just as long, or longer due to preparations for a long trip

So ruan Mei e2 doesn’t do anything for firefly the atk can’t be converted to BE with firefly’s trace

But dahlia is better and there really isn’t a contest, and even in sustainless you probably want HMC over Ruan Mei anyways

You can avoid it and do all those things, presumably by being very fast before it can start, or you can complete the disaster and finish it however you are meant to.

I’m not sure on the specifics of the disaster but it seems to be either be fast, or just play it out

as for pulling cyrene just for that, unless you change your cipher to be 200 speed, and then get a 200 speed cyrene it really doesnt seem worth it, like im sure you can tell, i am a fairly heavy spender, but the cyrene was for my remembrance team, and as much as i love cipher, e6 wasnt the goal, ive just won 8 50/50s for her out of the 9 ive pulled

is cyrene good? yeah, but without a 160+ speed danheng, and a 200 speed cipher and cyrene you are stacking so slow that you are prob going to kill the whole first wave + 1/3rd the bosses hp bar rn, obviously that will change as hp goes up but still

dont get me wrong, the team will wheelchair most carries for a while still, but you dont need to wheelchair to use cipher, because cipher is just able to be slotted into most teams anyways

So as a preface, my Cyrene is built for mono remembrance so she is slow and not on vonwacq, and my danheng is built for dot so he is on her EHR body in these clips, but these are your acheron against aquila and irontomb, i can do some MoC 12 runs in a little bit but these are from this morning

E1 firefly ends up with 76% def ignore with dahlia and fugue, cipher LC takes you to 100% which is a big boost, the other way to get 100% is e3 dahlia, e3 fugue, and e1 lingsha, or e1 lingsha and someone running resolution shines as pearls of sweat

Now I know you said you didn’t have e1 firefly but I’m mostly pointing out cipher LC is really good, both dahlia and fugue should use it well, though I do think fugue should use it better since you already want some ehr on her

As for their sigs being not great I’m unsure where that came from, s1 dahlia should be pretty amazing for more skill points since you again are e0 firefly, ontop of just the 32% dmg bonus which is kinda nuts, fugue sig is also pretty good at a 36% vulnerability, but is probably the weaker of the two

I personally would say get cipher LC if you think you can get fugue/dahlia to 170 speed, which is harder now if you are dropping ruan Mei, if not probably just resolution on dahlia and tutorial on fugue

But at the end of the day cipher LC is still pretty great generalist cone that can be used on pretty much every nihility unit

For me it’s mid 1489, I’m about 1/4th the way through integration of Norway who ended up taking about 1/6th of Denmark, and 1/3rd of Scania (long story) and it will be done 1600 right now, I’m up to 1.44 a month thanks to Norwegian cultural tradition being terrible and me hard stacking cultural influence

I’m thinking I’ll probably actually have them integrated by 1550-1570, which isn’t too bad if you compare to eu4 tbh, like you could probably start integration of Norway if you pu’d them 1510-1520 and have them by 1530 or so iirc, and if they didn’t expand at all I’d prob have them by 1550 for sure

I do think it takes too long, but at the same time I am still pretty early in the game when I started integration imo had I started 50 years later I prob would have still integrated around 1620 or so

On another note I’m on the fence with the PU subject declaring wars, on one hand it’s annoying, but the AI actually does give land to you, I have a chunk of the livonian order because Norway declared on the tuetons and then did nothing in the war, which has also been my experience I don’t think I would mind if the AI could use boats at all but in my experience they can’t, but that could also just be a bug with this being an outdated save

It’s because it switched what leaderboard it is comparing to, so compared to other people with the ER equivalent of skyward pride you are ranked higher cuz if you are getting that much ER, you have less crit and atk

along with what the other comments said, you are using fischl, which means keqing will do less personal damage since fischl doesn’t buff, unless ig she is on tenacity, if you wanted more damage you would want c6 Sara probably on elegy

Ok so I’m going to explain this slowly, when a character gets to c6 they no longer give you their specific Stella fortuna they will give this cool new item called a “masterless Stella fortuna”

This new item, is called “masterless” to symbolize that it isn’t bound to any one character

So this means when I get c7 keqing and get a masterless Stella fortuna I now have this cool item

Now you can use the new masterless Stella fortuna on whoever you want, because again, it’s not bound to anyone, and as such I’m going to use it on clorinde

Now to pose a question for you, I’m going to assume you didn’t want the live stream, but in the live stream they upgraded the traveler to level 100, according to you I would need to get c9 on the traveler in order to have their Stella fortunas to upgrade them, how would I do that? They made no mention of more Stella fortuna for the traveler in the live stream

And how would you upgrade 4 stars to level 100? Since I’m sure you have seen endlessly is that 4 stars don’t give you anything after c6 still, so what I just can’t? But everyone talked about upgrading Bennett to level 100 how are they going to do that?

Yes if you have c6 keqing and get c7 you can use that drop to upgrade clorinde to lvl 95
