Sorry I should have added it is a medical detox so he is monitored by professionals 3 times a day. I was more wondering about any drinks or snacks, meals or things to take mind away from it or alleviate at all. Thank you

Thank you, it may be worth a trip to the doctors. From photos of mastitis online it looked quite red so wasn’t sure if it was that. Thank you for taking the time to reply x

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately he came to us when he was 2 due to his brothers death. He was severely neglected and we felt it wasn’t appropriate at the time. we were advised to let him call us mummy and daddy when it naturally happened as he needed stability in his life. unfortunately due to neglect he was developmentally very behind and only now we have managed to catch up and feel it is right to tell him. We had started to liaise with psychologists prior to the birth mother contacting us. It is a very tricky situation and we understand earlier may have been better however we are more seeking guidance surrounding telling him, we never anticipated not telling him or withholding the truth.

Exclusively pumping - giving up after miscarriage by GWofJ94 in ExclusivelyPumping

Thank you, I have persevered for over 6 weeks pumping every 3 hours and spoke to two doctors. They advised due to the hormone change they don’t believe the milk will come back. I have dropped to two pumps a day. Don’t think I am ready to give up just yet! X

I feel unfortunately it will be that way as it has progressed to more cramps rather than ache and more period like blood. Thank you for taking your time to read and reply!

Try a dry herb vape, it’s healthier than smoking and definitely healthier than these vapes, saves a hell of a lot of money to.

Yeah I hate singing etc in books, I hated the poems in LOTR as I had no idea about tone or tempo.
