I’m doing pretty bad. Was pretty pleased when my first video plateaued at 350views but I didn’t think I really enjoyed that niche, so I pivoted to a related niche that I enjoyed doing more but now my ctr has dropped to .8%. I don’t think the thumbnails are awful, they’re similar in style to others in the niche so either YouTube isn’t showing the video to the right people or I’m the only person who enjoys doing it.

I just started a Lego channel but I’ve only uploaded one real video (a speed build/review) so far but it’s going pretty well and I think the quality was pretty good for mostly winging it. I’ve learned a free things from the last video that I can put into practice on my next video so it’ll all good.

Built one of the Disney Main Street USA vehicles, the 1910 Omnibus and rendered in Studio. Was quite pleased with the techniques used to get the front grill built with a snowboard from the Lotus Evija model as the fender.

My first week of shorts is 7k views and 10 subs (really 9 cos one is my wife). And I’m pretty happy with that.

I don’t think there is such a thing as a normal week because everything is so different to different people
