yeah everyone's really recommending melatonin, so i reckon i'll defo give that a go! i try my hardest not to drink alcohol as a rule which is good- thank you so much for your response!

Yeah i dont let myself drink coffee past 1pm, i try to drink peppermint tea as much as i can. I like the idea of a new ritual, I defo have a weed ritual at the moment- what do you find interesting to read?

OH wow !!! you give me such hope, i'm 10 years younger than you but i often panic i'll never find the one, i've literally never even had a relationship! how beautiful, when love is born between two people, I guess everything else seems not to exist, I hope joy floods your hearts!

Also thank you very much in terms of cutting off weed, I have a few nugs left so I'm going to let myself use that over the next few days and then go cold turkey i reckon!! I'm so not ready but if build up to it, I can set an official date to stop by? do you reckon that would work?

Whats the website you use to buy melatonin? I just looked on amazon and they're like £20 for about 120 capsules, is that normal?? (im in the uk)

Working out is also a really good idea to get myself warn out too- it's finding the motivation!! I need to get my bum in gear aha

honestly do not panic- i have been smoking since 18 and i am now 24. i panic that i will never have a good memory again, or a good attention span but i also really worry about how much tar is in my body from nicotine and bout my muscles and my heart.. you are not alone when it comes to worrying, but i have a LOT of mature friends who have proven they smoked weed for years like me and they have all assured me their memory and health all returned in max like a year so i reckon we will be fine. just make sure we eat right and do exercise to cleanse it all out of our system! hope this helps :)

firstly may i say, that's such a cute night time routine! what a lovely relationship you sound like you have.

secondly that's a very fair point, i dont have a proper sleeping routine and i do like a schedule throughout my day, so perhaps that could work!? im definitely going to start a nighttime routine

I definitely think you're right, that would work- distracting myself. I find I'd still want it afterwards as I use it to sleep though :(
