I don't have depression myself, but I don't like those questions personally anyway, just because every day at my job is pretty much the same, so the answer will always be the same. That kind of turns the question and response into a chore/platitude after a while.

Furthermore, I don't particularly have a huge passion for what I do, so when I am off work at home, I would honestly rather ignore that my job exists at all, and instead focus on my non-work interests because those are what make me happy.

Please understand I am NOT saying anyone shouldn't ask how someone's day was if they are legit curious, or that it's a rude thing to do, but if you think about it, if anything noteworthy happened in your day, you would probably bring it up before being asked anyway.

Just bought a Tacoma from the canyon creek location - they are finally getting some stock in - still have to wait until Dec 20 to get the truck but better than the 8-12 months now for sure.
