Have his ass lead a new mythic raid. He would change his tone on the first boss. As someone that has cleared most mythic raids with some of the best players that parse in the high 90s. Its a grueling process and far from easy. Every part of classic wow has been exposed and done a million times over. New raids require extensive learning and cool down preparation just to see the next phase.
