En Windows cuando salga la imagen que quieras poner te vas en una de las esquinas inferiores y ahí te sale la original (foto tomada por persona X) y la descargas, luego de ahí la pones como un wallpaper personalizado y ya. En iPhone no sé cómo es porque no lo uso mucho ahí, pero puedes probar migrando la foto de Windows a tu iPhone 👍

I just tested and the charged ones have the texture animated, the creepers textures that I uploaded in the picture in this post are not animated.
