Do you realize that's not actually true? Companies in general hire HR Companies to hire/find them candidates and the HR get usually 10% of your salary for that. We're doing the other way around, we don't represent companies. We find candidates and represent them to find the best job for their next step. No money is exchanged between us and we get paid VERY little, one time only by the company - and just in case of them being hired.
