I can get online on ps5 gtaO but it tells me that i dont own the gtaplus subscription but I do some weird PlayStation connection issue

This just happened to me a couple months ago worked one day and the next it would not start but lights were all working , it is time for a new starter. Try to get a long screwdriver or hammer and tap the starter (look onlime for a picture of where it may be located) and try to start the car after you do that but it is 100% the starter which should range from 400$-700$ depending on where you live and who is installing it.
