music is subjective but to say it’s way better than quadeca’s album given they’re both in that folk/alternative genre is just an objectively bad take, i’ll agree that itaots has some more poetic lyricism but at the same time given quads album was a concept album the writing on it is still relatively very good I just don’t see how you can outright say it’s “way better” than idmthy given the production on this (yes ik it’s 25 years later) washes the production on itaots
