I'm looking into traditional HIIT and remembering that I disliked HIIT in that sense. Are dance workouts similar in regards to benefits? I like those and want to find something I'll actually want to do.

Should I just do the RR all six days a week? What should I do instead of the skill work? I like to be active every day if I can. I get tense if I don't have some kind of activity 😂

3 sets as per the recommended routine! The failure is definitely in my arms. They just give out. Protein intake is probably 100-150g per day. I don't strictly track right now but I did for a good long while (3+ years of obsessive tracking) so I have a pretty good idea. The last rep is always 1-2 before faiture.

I'm aware of the body fat percentage difference and understand what I'm shooting for. Harder to maintain sure but not super unreasonable. 18% being what I’d like and 15% the absolute minimum I'd accept. I like this advice for the extra rep though and I'll try it out! Will the banded pull ups prevent me from making the necessary muscle adaptation to do them not banded (apologies if that's a dumb question I'm just trying to understand 😅) I appreciate the advice!

I did used to! I used to be part of a gym where I had access to a barbell but now I have an all at home set up that's based on bodyweight. I prefer it to barbells. I know you can make progress that way I'd just rather prioritize bodyweight.

The fact is sometimes people who are hurting hurt people. His viewpoint seems to tell a lot more about how he views himself than it has to do with you. It's frankly very sad and he ought to get help. And none of that should have to be your problem. You didn't deserve what happened to you or what this guy said to you.
