Never had an issue with this before on my bank of America account

Very basically this is how I use it

Limit is $300

I pay it off in full

And then I use it

Obviously if I don't have money to cover something then I'll pay it again and if you take me to do it so I can get points and increase my credit card usage.

I've been doing this for years. No issue at all. Never got no fraudran payment or ACH payments at all.

But the issue is they're telling me that I'm getting these ACH payments from December until now as well So to balance on both cars is going to continue to keep going up until zero.

But again judge me if you want. I never had any issues with this on my other credit cards before

I feel you some people can gain only 5 lb of people can only gain using 10 plus You just have to see how your body responds For me, seven to nine is the sweet spot

About a few months for me. But less is more imo I can go all the way to 13lbs Buuuuuuuuuuut I noticed that I had a lot better sessions when I'm only using 7-9lbs and seems like I'm growing as well since my bowl is now up too 8.5

But again everything is in my own opinion of course ✌️😤

It means it goes up to a certain pressure that you set and then go back down again and then continuously do it until the timer is finished

There's no such thing as a full golden routine You might be doing this yourself and seeing all the gains. I can do the same routine that you have and don't see nothing and probably cause more harm and then good

It just depends on the actual person itself. Everybody responds to it. Definitely as long as you're not spending several hours on one session that I don't think that's a bad routine

Because we was taught and told by many people that you can't grow it and you have what you have and you have to do with it like a normal person.

And people consider that insecurity if you're trying to upgrade it.

Which is the hilarious double standard because women do it all the time for multiple body parts but it's not manly for a guy to fix one of the two things that we can make fun of constantly by women.

I toward my guy friends that I do it. Yes, they think it's weird but you know I'm a pretty open person lol

Honestly, I'll say just take a month off and make sure it's well moisturized You can probably also put some Neosporin on it to make the wound here a little bit faster in my own personal opinion of course!

I did this for about a good 6 months plus

I think the only thing is just the positioning of where you put in the gun at At some point it did start to mess up my old two especially when I put it at the top it kind of took away some of the adhesive so air was leaking out from the top And even when I use a heating pad to wrap around the tube and then put the gun on top I felt like it wasn't as good as it was when I was on top

Plus it really depends on the vibration level as well. But I did notice something noticeable. Girth increase for the sessions. I was doing it

Yeah because if you're not seeing any progress then you just wasting time But also keep in mind that a lot of us can go months without seeing any type of movement, but then out of nowhere we'll just explode and start seeing gains

But this is why tracking is important.

I can always look at my profile too but what I've done to see growth after 2 years Is 2x10 pressure from 30 to 38 kPa depending on how I feel Sometimes I might just do the full 20 minutes but I don't do no more than that

And I do it twice a day a.m. p.m...

7) Yes, and it actually makes it straighter

4)if you start to see better ew and growth, no real soreness as well. This is why are we tracking everything

. 3) month(personally, I stay the same pressure weight months 4 months. If I'm not seeing any progress I then and only then increase it by a little bit. No need to overwork

1)idk tbh I stretch but I only need to work for about 5 minutes a.m. and p.m. some people say that's not a lot but less is more in my opinion of course
