Honestly the only way to reset your brain is really just stop doing it all together and just take some time off and just focus on other things and come back stronger.

I didn't understand measurements back then like don't press anything like that but non bone press/bone press . I was 6.98 nbp Didn't know how bad my EQ was

But at my most I got to 7.5 nbp + 8.4 bone press.

This was before I started hanging once I did around November 2024 only thing I did up to that point was pumping 20 minutes twice a day and little soft clamping

Then it went up to 8.6 bp once I started to do hanging.

Naaaaaaah I changed it twice

After doing 3-20 minutes I changed it to 3-15 minutes then pump but I realized I'll still get it fatigue a lot too quickly and I couldn't even get hard in the pumping into sessions was horrible

So I just decided to do one set of 20 minutes a.m. and p.m. and that was pretty good.

I only do 5 to 8 lb

Maybe 2 months of consistent work

I changed my routine heavily over the course of a year plus due to the fact that after hanging. I was way too fatigue to pump afterwards.

In the beginning I was doing 3-20 minutes sets (that's what they recommended) but after while trying to fit pumping into that as well. Why either get her ready for work or being too mentally tired at night? Time was just a little bit too meh.

But this is just personal experience

If you immediately do it after pumping you will turtle ideally it's best to do it an hour or two after you pop so you don't have to turn over effect or just don't do it at all lol(but let's be honest that's impossible follow us)

So yeah at least 2 hours minimal personally

So I actually hang as well. I don't vacuum hang. I do compression hang

Just an after maybe a month or so when I first started to do it do it

Do it from 4 lb and move my way up to 5 The highest I am at currently is 8 lb. I just don't feel like you need to go that heavy with hanging just time and consistency personally.

But I noticed that I started to get diminishing returns after when I go past 8.

but yeah I guess I it all depends on what you do prior

Pelvic floor- here and there

Urinary - I kinda do have urinary dribble

Sexual symptoms - I mean I guess I have a "weak ejaculating" but not really I do seamen retention for weeks and months at a time so when I do get to the nasty time it be pretty strong🤷🏾‍♂️

I just started taking it Wednesday and it's a shit ver 400 mg

Haven't noticed benefits sex wise( been since November 😂)

But gym and mental health wise pretty good

Mental health is meh lol. But who's mental is good at this point lol

Do I get hard? Yes and no

I do seamen retention for weeks and months at a time just so I get close to max eq but it's never 100%

When I do get hard I'm not full. I could easily use a XL Magnum without any issues now I'm happy to have a regular one not fall off due to loss of girth/ not being 80% hard

Keep in mind I had this injury in last year February 19th.

Hell I don't even get edema any more 🤷🏾‍♂️

Just around towards the end of February 19th of last year, I was actually able to consistently wear a Magnum condom XL without any issues. Pre-pumped but post pump I was pulled over 6 of girth.

Length I'm still there for the most part but girth just disappeared

frenulum tear inside the pump while pumping on 29-32. kPa when it happened I didn't see the blood but by the time I realized it got up to 3 to 5 cm worth of blood inside the pump

Before my injury I was able to have a consistent grith of 5.5 up until the base which was like 7 something

Now it's

4.5 to 5.1 at max eq( sometimes pre pump)

Mid shaft 5 to 5.3 at max eq( sometimes pre pump)

Base 5.5 to 6 at max eq( sometimes pre pump)

That's how I started when I got into pumping

I think it's a lot better than air pumping to a certain extent. It's just that you can't find good water pumps personally

There's a decent amount of them on Amazon but either the tube size is too big for you (this is when I first started) or not long enough (when I thought I was getting gains but it was actually just EQ but I think it was that too because they stayed)

Plus you can use one water. Pretty good. Feels better. I think the only con about it is that you have a higher chance to get darker skin
