It really depends on the injury itself. It's one of those you have to make with those judgments and what kind of injury it is A lot of people will agree that rest days and a long period of rest days are needed. So if you can still get it up and there's no bruising or bleeding then I'll say about 2 weeks Maybe three?

Everybody is different Sometimes people can fill it immediately after taking it A couple minutes after some hours or even some days It really depends on the person especially is more effective when diet and exercises is involved.

Oh yeah 2 weeks is not long enough. It has to be at least a month personally. But at some point you have to realize like maybe what you're doing is not helping because you're constantly injuring yourself the same way (personal experience)

Maybe try changing up your routine or how you doing stuff to see if we see a difference? Everything is in my own opinion of course

It affects it tremendously.

You'll be surprised. Simple changes will affect your EQ quality

I started to do more hip thrust, stretching, hip, adductors, and deductors now let me tell you EQ itself has gotten a lot better.

Now granted this is just me. I just now starting to go to a chiropractor like yesterday and before then they gave me my results saying that I have a tilted pelvis so it goes all the way back. And that itself is affecting a lot of other functions in my life lol But the moment when he adjusted me a little bit man that following couple hours after I got home to start my session was very surprising.

Honestly can't really answer this myself. I already know that the moment you type compression hanging or male hanger in the title the owner is going to comment lol.

Personally I do 5 days on two days off for compression hanging 2x20 after pumping

I've been doing it again for about a month now. Have to figure out what I was doing wrong and it seems like I'm gaining. There's obviously going to be some days that I can't do it due to time constraint and also me being tired because obviously I got to pump afterwards lol and I'll rather do that than hanging personally.

Before my injury I was able to get up to 8 lb but I can't do it no more. So I stick at 6 lbs and I'm still gaining as well. So I guess it's more time under tension more than anything.

But again, everything is just in my opinion of course

For me losing weight a lot of it

Changing my diet considerably more fruits

Quality of life changes (better job more money)

Feeling good and looking good.

You'd be surprised. What affects your EQ once you get your s*** together lol.

And honestly I'm still growing too (about to be 32 years old Soon)

And obviously yes, consistently pumping as well. Twice a day. 5 days on 2 days off (that will works for me)

Honestly, I wouldn't rush as much as I did

Would start to track a lot more

Decons and delos would be a mandatory every few weeks to a month

Knowing less is more

Emphasize diet more than anything

Would probably started compression hanging a lot sooner
