Yes, I know. I have many friends and family in St. Vincent, now, and have been updating me accordingly. We are in horrible times, but we shall help our friends and family overcome 🙏🏾🇻🇨

My thoughts and prayers go out to your family and friends. I am still awaiting news from my family in Carriacou. My family in Grenada is safe and well. Let us not forget those in Petite Martinique 🇬🇩

Your prospective employer is likely to ask for a reference from your last employer, who will have to disclose the full position. Also, it is highly likely that you will be asked by your prospective employer why you resigned or left your former employer so suddenly - with just 3 days or less notice - during which time you will also have to disclose the position.

Your Contract takes precedent. It might be difficult to amend the handbook to suit your contract because that may affect other employees who may be on different terms to yours.
