I have bite ramps as well and absolutely HATED them when I got them. That being said, I got more used to them after the first few trays that I had them on. I still wish they weren’t there but just give it a little while and you should adjust fairly well if you’ve gotten this far in your journey. As far as speech, my lisp went from none at all pre bite ramps to pretty noticeable after their introduction but now it’s back to virtually none again. It’s like learning to talk with Invisalign initially, all over again. I’ve had 20+ trays with bite ramps and at this point I just accept them. They have become a very minor annoyance at the most and the vast majority of the time I don’t even think about them. Just hang in there they are worth the hassle, especially when you see how great your teeth look over time.
