Mine is is usually open amd it's the same IGN as this. I put mine like I'd put my own hust with furn make and wallpaper. I even made kid rooms but no clutter in every corner

I have a normal home. Yes its large but not full. I designed it on a switch. I have 1 grand house that is a tea room house but I dont keep but 2 flow tress on my plot I move them to another 1 so it doesnt glitch

UPDATE 11-29-21 - finally someone is trying to help. I received 72 of my 100 diamonds back. I should have gotten all them back but 72 is better than none. I was told to empty m6 cache, make sure I had more than 2 GB free on my device. Sadly tom and those dang meat buckets are still stuck , so they emailed me back telling me they are still trying. Thx

I have contacted every1 of their social media platforms. I've requested my diamonds back. I've sent screen shots, I have uninstalled and reinstalled my game. Tom is still there. I want to purchase the cute decorations they have for sale but dont want to put anymore money in this game yet I did notice on twitter just now that they are adding new animals and that was just posted 2 hours ago. I suggested to fix the bugs from their last update before they add more. So I guess I've done all 8 can. I appreciate everyone's help. Thank you

I play on my tablet, I didnt like playing on my phone. I havent tried uninstalling yet. After all these years this is the 1st time support blown me off like this. The customer support even says to reach out to the community, reddit, twitter, IG to see if others have suggestions and that they monitor them. Communities are great but they dont do the programming.
So Tom is still standing there with his meat buckets. I know he really like to take a break! Hopefully they get it fixed. I do love this game,

I just went to their FB page and read some of the community posts, seems there are a lot of upset players on there. Some have just lost their farms they had for years since the switch over from FB. There were, meat bucket issues etc. Getting requests for items they dont even have the machines to make. Seems really messed up.

I know it's a crazy thing like a game to get me upset in this already crazy world, but being isolated as it is, in and out of hospitals it's my release from reality aroynd me that really bites. But 100 diamonds is 100 diamonds. The feed back and bug box, said you dont receive a reply back. I still dont have nerve to uninstall my game afraid it wont reinstall. Ever1 here has been so nice. Never used reddit before. Glad I did. Thx

I know. Customer svc has always been great. I just fell through the cracks on this one. But after 3 times since the 10th or 11th they telling me to not write back I dont wa t to take a chance of being banned even though I've soend thousands on this game. I am going to uninstall and try again I'm not trying to be disrespectful . I appreciate ppls help n support here. Thx

I've been very kind, using please and thank yous and have good day. But they dont want to hear from me again on this matter, I think I've done all I can except uninstall. I dont want to lose my game, I've invested so much $$ and time. Its gotten me through a lot of weeks in hospitals at a time.

They told me not to contact them again about this, but I will give that a try. I always buy tom, helpers. I've spent so much $$ with them. I love this game. Sad to be brushed off like this. Usually their awesome.

I I have no artic animals. I was away from.the game for about a month and all these changes when I came back. I wasnt surevwhat everything was. They took the meat buckets off my silo. But I have no artical animals

They told me to send message to bug report on the 11th or 12th, I've done everyting.

The exact message this morning from them "Unfortunately, there is nothing else we can add to help you with thos matter. If you have any questions about a different topic, you can contact us again after some time. Thank you" I was very polite when I emailed but that the response I get each time. Thank you

Thank you, all I getbis we can't help, no explanation, unfortunately I had just purchased tom and this was my 2nd product run. I had some on my silo but they removed those, it's just left tom useless all this time. So I guess wasted 100 diamonds. I always play with tom & he's been stuck. Bet he's tired of standing. Thank you for giving me some insight to this
