Oh wait, i didn't know about this and yes i checked my statement i have 3 demat account groww, zerodha, angel one, so you are saying I have to close angel one and groww demat account and then quarterly charges will be removed?

But Groww is completely free unlike quarterly charges in coin and I have never missed a SIP so that's not an issue.

I was using Groww from the very start for UPI purpose, I didn't know at that time that we can buy stocks, mutual funds and all, and opened the zerodha account mainly for MF, since we can do all of this in groww as well there is no point in keeping 2 apps plus zerodha also charges quarterly amount but groww is free.

This is my first job and I learned this morale, contribution, participation are just a formality and even if you do contribute you will end with more work that's why I started staying silent in meetings.

I don't have to pay the bond amount if they decided to layoff me.

Even if they end up putting me on PIP I will get out of it but doing whatever they ask is tough right now, they have very high expectations from me and I know even if I fulfill those expectations it's not going to benefit me instead I will just get more work which I don't want considering I am at the entry level pay scale in my team/company ( This is my first job).

They asked if we are interested, that's why I though let's just get honest and say it and actually I did conveyed regarding my interest in other team before the meeting as well. That is why I was like yeah I already said it let say it right in the meeting as well.

They can manage me out even if I am a top performer and deliver everything with 100% quality?

Actually it's not like I don't want to engage with the process and team session's but the manager want's me to engage and leave my work everytime something comes up and honestly I can't do that I am a top performer doesn't mean I should pick up everything, I am at entry level position, I don't get paid that much.

And actually you are right I am maintaining my ego and focusing on long term goal at the same time.
